Overview
Your systems and processes are only as good as your people. Not only will K2S help train your warehouse associates, we will also create certification plans for each job function/department, so you know your workforce will hit the ground running when they set foot on the floor.
To ensure they remain on the success path, K2S will help create Job Aids for each position that reinforce the warehouse associates to follow process and exception handling at all times. For warehouse management to measure productivity and stay on track, K2S will arm them with daily/weekly/monthly checklists and build custom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) dashboards and reports.
